Executive summary
A.Mobilization of MACE personnel
1. MACE team was on board at the Trump Towers as following
•QA/QC manger (Civil), QA/QC manager (MEP), Labour compliance manager, QS (MEP) -since 10 Mar 2020.
•HSE manager –since 11 Mar 2020
•QS (MEP) –since 01 Apr 2020
•Document controller -since 06 Apr 2020.
2. The Kick off meeting with M3M Project management team was held on 13 Mar 2020 agreeing on the roles & responsibilities of MACE personnel and
integration with M3M project team.
B.Project works undertaken to date including during lock down period (working from home)
1. Project execution plan (PEP)
• A detailed project execution plan defining the roles / responsibilities of MACE personnel, integration with M3M project team along with the detailed integrated
scope matrix, HSE & QA/QC plans was submitted to M3M on 20 Apr 2020 for review / comments and subsequent implementation.
2. Billing / Contracts
• The quantities verification / estimation for various MEP & finishes items was being carried out including for GI modular box, CP fittings & sanitary fixtures,
ventilation fans & AC units etc.
• The contractors bill for the month of Mar 2020 is under review / re-conciliation.
3. QA/QC
• The QA/QC procedures & specifications of the contractors are under review, and the implementation of the refined procedures as per PEP to be done
upon re-commencement of works post lock down.
4. Labour compliance
• Labour compliances monitoring procedure was established with the contractor and daily monitoring / updates on compliance to authorities guidelines during
lock down is being undertaken.

5. Document control
• Established the integrated document control procedure with M3M & the contractor.
6. HSE
• A total of 9 trainings have been conducted for contractors labourers including for firefighting, safe usage of PPE, electrical safety, safe Lifting, precautions
against corona virus, working at height, mivanshuttering (external working platform)
• A total of 20 tool box meetings have been conducted with the contractor,
• A total of 3 joint HSE inspections were conducted and accordingly 1 no of stop work notice was issued for an identified HSE hazard which has been
addressed by the contractor and is closed.
• A total of 133 no of HSE inductions have been conducted to date.
