Objectives of the Study 1) To find out the effectiveness of Job Portal (Naukri) as a to o l of sourcing candidate used by L&T Financial Services. 2) To identify the gaps and to improv e the recruitment process.

Research Methodology Source Of Data:- For the purpose of reserach data has been taken from the source that is Primary Data Primary Data:- The data is collected through Primary source sample size of employees-25 Data Collection:- Data is collected through structured questionnaire In this study , the researcher have used/ adopted a structured questionnaire consisting of 13 questions. Likert Type scaling is adopted for this study which consist of 7 statements which expresses either strongly agree or strongly disagree towards the given object/ question to which the respondent is asked to respond. Type Of Sampling:- To the present study convinient sampling method is used to collect the data. Tools For Analysis:- Percentage method is used in the analysis of data. Research Instrument:- Research Instruments used in the study is questionnaire

F indings Most of the employees agrees that job portal (Naukri) is the best tool for sourcing candidate for the organization. 60% of the employees agrees whereas 24% of employees disagrees that Naukri is the most cost-effective tool for sourcing. 72% of the employees agrees whereas 24% of employees disagrees to the statement that Naukri maintains the authenticity of its candidates. 76% of the employees strongly agrees whereas 20% of employees disagrees that Naukri use the most advance techniques to find the candidates as per the requirement of the employer. 88% of the employees strongly agrees whereas 8% of employees disagrees that Naukri has the highest acceptance ratio from shortlisting to be offered. 76% of the employees agrees whereas 20% of employees disagrees that hiring practice is quite rigid in terms of eligibility for the organization.

Findings 88% of the employees agrees whereas 8% of the employees that hiring practices are rigid in terms of eligibility criteria. 88% of the employees agrees whereas 12% of employees disagrees that Naukri provides the most genuine list of CVS as per the requirement of the recruiter. 100% of the employees strongly agrees that documentation process in the organization is a lengthy and time-consuming process. 68% of the employees agrees whereas 32% of the employees disagrees that new technology and AI boats can make the documentation process. 68% of the employees agrees whereas 28% of the employees disagrees that walking drive is a great tool for getting new and talented employees for the organization. 84% of the employees strongly agrees whereas 16% of the employees disagrees that creating a pipeline for organization is very important. 80% of the employees agrees whereas 20% of the employees disagrees that standard time is maintained to send the offer letter from the organization and maintain the time of onboarding.

Recommendations Clearly define the job role and requirements to attract relevant candidates. Company may use AI tools to retard the time of documentation process. Company may give a thought to craft an engaging job description that showcases company culture and values and post to attract more number of candidates. Use keywords relevant to the role to increase visibility in search results. Screen resumes thoroughly and use pre-employment assessments to filter candidates. Conduct virtual interviews to save time and reach a broader talent pool. Company may organize walking drive on regular monthly intervals . Company may use crowdsourcing as tool of hiring process as most of the company following the trend of the new tech era to get potential candidates as it has a extreme reach to potential candidates . Verify references and conduct background checks for final candidates.

Conclusion In conclusion, the job portal's hiring process offers a streamlined and efficient way for both employers and job seekers to connect. By providing a user-friendly platform and tools for filtering and matching, the portal enhances the overall candidate search experience. With its emphasis on convenience and accessibility, the portal serves as a valuable resource in today's competitive job market. According to my point of view company may take initiative to introduce AI tool in the process to make it more time saving and convenient for the complete process as the process is lengthy and time consuming always employee is engaged on the documentation process where by using AI it does the work with lesser amount of time and also efficiently.
