Pyrantel pamoate may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Do not drive, operate machinery, or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how you react to pyrantel pamoate . Using pyrantel pamoate alone, with certain other medicines, or with alcohol may lessen your ability to drive or perform other potentially dangerous tasks. The entire household should be treated with pyrantel pamoate if one individual in the household has pinworms. After treatment with pyrantel pamoate , clean the bedroom floor by vacuuming or damp mopping. If any worms other than pinworms are visible after treatment with pyrantel pamoate , contact your doctor.
