Common Concepts in Drug Education Drugs of abuse are drugs commonly abused by users. In the Philippines the three drugs of abuse are shabu, marijuana and inhalants.

Drug dependence is the state of physical and psychological dependence on drugs in which a person following his strong feeling to use the substance while drug misuse when substance use incoherent or inconsistent with the prescribed dosage, these two practices may lead to drug addiction.

President Duterte advocacy is to war on drugs through anti-drug policy action that aims to neutralize illegal drug personalities, users, peddlers, producers and suppliers nationwide.
