INTRODUCTION Begin the session with a brief discussion about what justice means. Encourage students to share their thoughts and experiences related to fairness and treating everyone equally.

"Cultural Exchange Fair"

Sample Cultural Exchange Fair Display - Culture: Japan Display Board: Title: "Exploring Japan: Land of the Rising Sun" Images of iconic landmarks like Mount Fuji and Tokyo Skytree Traditional Japanese calligraphy and artwork Facts about Japan's geography, population, and language   Traditional Clothing: Display traditional Japanese clothing like kimono and yukata. Include information about when these clothing items are typically worn and their cultural significance.

Showcase popular Japanese snacks like mochi , sushi, and matcha -flavored treats. Provide small samples for classmates to try. Food Samples: Explain customs like bowing as a form of greeting. Share information about traditional tea ceremonies and festivals. Customs and Traditions:

Origami station: Provide origami paper and instructions for basic origami shapes. Allow classmates to create their own origami as a hands-on experience . Divide the class into small groups, assigning each group a specific culture (or country) represented in your community. Interactive Activity:

Provide materials like paper, markers, and craft supplies. Instruct each group to create a mini-display showcasing the unique aspects of the assigned culture. This could include traditional clothing, food, customs, and important cultural symbols .

Allow time for each group to present their displays to the class, explaining the significance of the elements they included.

Facilitate a discussion on how understanding and appreciating different cultures contribute to a just and harmonious community.
