Concept of QoS (Quality of Service) Create a guaranteed bit rate dedicated bearer with specific QCI, ARP, GBR and MBR parameter, wireless and core will ensure the service quality together. The QciPara.UlschPriorityFactor and QciPara.DlschPriorityFactor parameters specify the uplink and downlink scheduling priority weight factors for different QCIs. Impact of QCI Adjustment on Resource Scheduling/Occupation Assume that the QCI of 0.35M LVC users is changed from QCI9 to QCI6 .
