Quality Theme Main purpose of Quality Theme is to Increase awareness of employees regarding Quality System, Increase participation of employees to Quality System, Increase knowledge of employees regarding Quality Tools with different type of activities. Problem Solving Techniques were included in Quality Theme due to its significance in modern quality philosophy. Quality Theme in Details Kaizen Walk Kaizen Walk was performed with participation of relevant employees, Kaizen Owners and F X T R GM on 28/08/2014 . 5 promoted Kaizens were presented to FX TR GM by their owners as best practice. Also Kaizen Owners were rewarded with gold coin and congratulation certificate due to their contribution s.

6. Slogan Contest Quality Theme in Details The aim of the contest is to increase commitment and involvement of employees. Contest was announced by poster on notice boards and flyers on all facility areas. Slogan suggestions were gathered at Slogan Cubes.

7. Slogan Banner Quality Theme in Details Slogan was selected by a committee with participants from all departments. The reason of choosing this slogan is to emphasize on Respect to People, Respect to Product philosophy. Selected slogan was suggested by Repair team. Quality Is Expression of Respect

8. Booklet Quality Theme in Details Since Problem Solving Techniques were included in Quality Theme, it was decided to prepare a booklet to support the workshop. Due to the fact that the focus group is DL employees, the booklet should be; Easy to understand Entertaining Attention-grabbing As a result, idea of creating Foxconn Mascots was born. We named them FOXY & ROXY.

9. Booklet Quality Theme in Details Daily problems were chosen to be solved. Each quality tool will be described as comics.

10. Workshop Quality Theme in Details Aim of workshop is to widespread Problem Solving Techniques among all employees. Goal of workshop beside solving problems is to find a Poke-Yoke solution and infuse Poke-Yoke princple into employees.

11. Foxconn Animation Quality Theme in Details General trainings namely 5S, ESD, SER can be presented to new comers by an animation film. New comers can be trained by Foxy and Roxy to ease their understanding and increase the efficiency of training
