Activity: Scenario Analysis
Situation: Jessica and Philip have been
dating for a few months. Philip has been
acting irritably lately whenever Jessica
hangs out with their buddies. When Jessica
is out, Philip frequently phones or contacts
them, making them feel bad about not
being home.

Individual Project: Plaque of Appreciation
Make a plaque of appreciation out of recycled materials to a person or
group of persons who are significant in your life. Carefully craft the words
that you will place on the plaque. Present this plaque.

Journal: Identify a moment when you have caused pain to
a friend or a relative. Examine the situation. Think of
how this situation could become better. Afterwards,
write a letter to that person apologizing for your actions.
