USER REGISTRATION PROCEDURES RADaR APP
USER REGISTRATION Make sure that your DepEd or Gmail email account is logged in to Google before you register in the DRRMIS Web App. STEP 1
USER REGISTRATION Log in to drrmis.deped.gov.ph using [email protected] @deped.gov.ph or @gmail.com account. STEP 2
USER REGISTRATION In the [ School (Search by School ID) ] box, type your 6-digit School ID. Click the School Name that corresponds to that ID. STEP 3 Note : Your [ Name ] and [ Email ] will be pre-populated based on the credentials used.
USER REGISTRATION Enter your active [ Contact Number ] using any of the following formats: 09XXXXXXXXX +639XXXXXXXXX STEP 4 Note : Your [ contact number ] is where you will receive the RADaR link and system notifications
USER REGISTRATION Enter your [ No. of Students ] STEP 5 Note : The [ number of students ] will determine the baseline enrollment data that your school has
þ USER REGISTRATION þ Review the information you provided and tick 2 check boxes for [ I’m not a robot ] and [ Privacy Policy ] STEP 6
þ USER REGISTRATION If the registration is successful, the system will prompt that your account needs approval from your assigned Division Coordinator or by the Central Office NOTE
þ USER REGISTRATION You will get an SMS and email notification both for successful registration and approval NOTE þ
APP INSTALLATION AND LOGIN PROCEDURES RADaR APP
APP INSTALLATION Download the [ DepEd RADaR ] app via Google Playstore or using bit.ly/ RADaRAppAndroid STEP 1
APP LOGIN After installation, open the app, tap on [ Sign in with Google ] and log in with the approved credentials. STEP 2
ERROR MESSAGE If you try to log in without receiving approval, you will be prompted with the error message “ You are not permitted to use this app. ” NOTE
ERROR MESSAGE If your account has been approved but you still receive the error message, go to your phone’s Settings , tap Google and make sure your account has been added as a use, then try again NOTE
APP LOGIN Once you have reached this screen, then you have successfully installed and configured the RADaR App . STEP 3
SMS NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES RADaR APP
SMS NOTIFICATION Once you have been affected by a large-scale natural hazard you will receive the following SMS Notification STEP 1
SMS NOTIFICATION Tap on the link and it should open the RADaR App STEP 2
SMS NOTIFICATION If the link does not redirect you to the app, you may copy it, open the app, and tap on [ Load Copied Link ]. This will trigger the app to show the name of the hazard. STEP 2.1
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES RADaR APP
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT Once you have chosen the name of the natural hazard, the RADaR questionnaire will appear STEP 1
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT If there is a secondary hazard, click [ Yes ], and then select the hazard type. Otherwise, select [ No ]. STEP 2
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT Answer the questionnaires for RADaR 1, RADaR 2, and RADaR 3 STEP 3
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT Answer the questionnaires for RADaR 1, RADaR 2, and RADaR 3 STEP 3
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT Once the RADaR damage assessments are finalized, click the [ Validate & Submit ] button STEP 4
RADAR SUBMISSION Once able to submit, you will be given the option to send the report via SMS or Internet connection STEP 5
RADAR SUBMISSION Once you have successfully sent through SMS , you will receive the following notification STEP 6
RADAR SUBMISSION Likewise, once you have successfully sent through the Internet , you will receive the following notification in the app STEP 6.1
