Findings By using Pearson Chi square analysis, there is association between satisfaction level of employees and recruitment process. 30% of employees are agreed to the job requirements and needs. 25% of employees are strongly agreed for the communication skills, experience and career goals in the interview . 39% of employees are agreed in understanding the strategic goals in the organization. 12% of employees are disagreed for information provided to candidates during the recruiting process.

18% of employees disagreed for the job description explained during the recruitment process was accurate . 39% of employees strongly agreed to have a opportunity to get a better job in the company. 25% of employees have neutral choice recruiters understanding the job requirements and the needs. 32% of employees have neutral choice in the relationship with  the superiors  makes it easy to talk to them whenever there is a problem.

Suggestions Recruitment must be done by analyzing the job firstly which make it easier and will be beneficial from the company’s point of view. The recruitment procedure should not be too lengthy and time consuming. Company should amend some parts of their HR policies for better effectiveness.

Conclusion Recruitment is the process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating and encouraging them to apply for jobs in an organization and selecting the right candidates at the right time in the right place. Employees at data tech genius company are existing with the recruitment process. Data tech genius company has to consider internet sources for recruitment of employees so that it could motivate the employees.
