What is Rasa Theory? A Rasa  Literary means “Juice, Essence or Taste.” It refers to the emotional flavors/essence crafted into the work by the writer and relished by a “sensitive spectator’ or Sahraday or one with positive taste and mind. Vitthal Teedi Vitthal Teedi is an Indian Gujarati language drama web-series on OHO Gujarati directed by Abhishek Jain starring Pratik Gandhi as the protagonist Vitthal Teedi . The first season, stylized as Chapter 1, was released on 7 May 2021. It was reviewed positively for performance, direction, production, music and script. Set in the Eighties in rural and small-town Saurashtra in Gujarat, web series  Vitthal Teedi  lays down the story of an expert gambler and his rise to becoming the best, with all the high stakes in tow. There are 9 (Nine) Rasas

Shringara   Rasa: Representation of Love & beauty Represents attractiveness and Devotion When you appreciate beauty it connects you to the source of love.

Hasya ( comic sentiment) Represents Laughter, Joy or Mirth -This Rasa connects us Humour , laughter, happiness and contentment. It is the Extension of what we feel within Love.

Heroic ( Veer) Represents courage, Pride and self Confidence. Bravery, confidence and Pride.

Shanta (Relaxation) Deep calmness and relaxion In peace we become so full that we are empty.

Karuna ( sadness) Compassion is connects us to all. Through compassion we can relate deeply to each other. When ones sadness is truly experienced around a situation it can give a sense of completion.

Bhayankara ( fear) Doubt, worry, Insecurity When we live our selves in fear, we shut down completely.

Bhibhasta (odious) -Represents disgust and aversion

Raudra ( Furious) Represents anger When anger is not honored it can bring up irritation, Violence, hatred `

Adabhuta / wonder -Curiosity, Mystery,, When we become fascinated with the idea of life. It is our Playfulness and Innocence.
