Mr. Ross O’Keefe, an employee of G4S Security, started as a Security Officer in Swords
Laboratories in October 2011. During his time at these premises I have found Ross’ work
and conduct to be exemplary. He has attended work punctually, is of sober habits, strictly
honest and takes instruction well. Ross is capable of using his own initiative and discretion
when the occasion demands. He adapted very quickly to our computerised control room.
Here is list of some of the functions Ross has performed on this site:

·Implementing the Company Security Policy.
·Access control of 200 contractors/visitors and 100 employees. On this site access
control is governed by a computer system and proximity badges.

6.Air Cargo Security (National Standard). Involving cargo leaving site and going to the
airport.
7.Customer Service training.
