2. VOTER REGISTRATION February 12 – September 30, 2024 except March 28, 29 & 30 Mondays to Saturdays (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Office of the Election Officer or at satellite / RAP registration sites

REGISTER ANYWHERE PROGRAM (RAP) February 12 – August 31, 2024 The OEOs in all Capital Cities and Towns and Highly Urbanized Cities nationwide shall conduct RAP activities either in malls, universities or in any government offices/agencies at least once-a-month *Including Special Register Anywhere Program in religious, educational and private institutions

December 9, 2022 to September 30, 2024 At any Post abroad, or at designated registration centers outside the Post, or at the designated registration centers in the Philippines  All citizens of the Philippines, who are abroad or will be abroad during the 30-day voting period, at least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the elections and not otherwise disqualified by law, may register. OVERSEAS VOTERS REGISTRATION

5. WHO MAY REGISTER? Any Filipino citizen wh o is not yet a registered voter At least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the National and Local Elections (NLE); A resident of the Philippines for at least one (1) year , and in the place wherein he/she proposes to vote, for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the NLE; and Not otherwise disqualified by law.

6. WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED? 1) Any person who has been sentenced by final judgment to suffer imprisonment for not less than 1 year such disability not having been removed by plenary pardon or amnesty; Any person who has been adjudged by final judgment by a competent court or tribunal of having committed any crime involving disloyalty to the duly constituted government such as rebellion, sedition, violation of the firearms laws or any crime against national security unless restored to his/her full civil and political rights in accordance with law; and Insane or incompetent person as declared by competent authority unless subsequently declared by proper authority that such person is no longer insane or incompetent.

7. REQUIREMENTS Any of the following identification documents that bear applicant's photograph and signature: Philippine Identification System ( PhillSys ) National ID card; Postal ID card; PWD ID Card; Student's ID card or library card, signed by the school authority; SC's ID card; Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's license/Student Permit; National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance; Philippine Passport; Social Security System (SSS)/Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) or other Unified Multi-Purpose ID card; Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID card; License issued by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC); Certificate of Confirmation issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) in case of members of ICCs or IPs; Barangay Identification/ Certification with photo; and Any other Government issued valid IDs.

9. FAQs Pwede na bang magparehistro kahit wala pang 18 y/o? Kung kayo ay 18 y/o sa araw araw ng eleksyon (May 12 , 2025), pwede na kayong magparehistro . Kailangan pa bang magparehistro ang rehistrado na? Hindi na kailangang magparehistro ang rehistrado na. Pero kung kayo ay lumipat ng tahanan , pwede kayong mag-file ng application for transfer. Kung nagiba ng pangalan dahil nag- asawa , mag-file ng application for change of name. Kung kayo naman ay nadeactivate dahil hindi nakaboto sa 2 magkasunod na regular na eleksyon , pwede kayong mag-file ng application for reactivation. Hindi pa. Ang inyong application ay sasailalim pa sa Election Registration Board (ERB) hearing na ginaganap sa itinakdang schedule. Kung ang inyong application ay APPROVED ng ERB, ang inyong pangalan ay maisasama na sa listahan ng mga botante . Rehistradong botante na ba ako agad pagkatapos kong magparehistro ?

TRANSFER 1) Rehistradong botante na lumipat ng tirahan sa ibang lungsod / munisipyo / distrito nang hindi bababa sa 6 na buwan bago ang halalan o 2) Overseas voter na magpapalipat ng registration galing abroad papunta sa local OEO maliban sa orihinal na lugar ng pagpaparehisto PARA SA REQUIREMENTS Valid ID Accomplished CEF-1 Form Accomplished OVF-1 Form (para sa overseas voters)

12. TRANSFER Application for Transfer of Registration Record Within the same City/Municipality/District From another C ity/Municipality/District From foreign post to local OEO other than original place of registration

13. REACTIVATION Rehistradong botante na na -deactivate dahil sa mga sumusunod na kadahilanan : 1. Hinatulan ng pinal ng pagkakulong nang hindi bababa sa 1 taon ; 2. Hinatulan ng pinal sa krimeng na kinasasangkutan ng hindi katapatan na nararapat sa gobyerno , atbp . 3. Idineklara ng autoridad na insane or incompetent; 4. Hindi nakaboto sa 2 magkasunod na regular na halalan ; 5. Pagkawala ng pagkamamamayang Pilipino; 6. Exclusion by a court order; o 7. Failure to validate. PARA SA REQUIREMENTS Valid ID Accomplished CEF-1 Form *Sa mga kaso ng 1,2,3,5 at 6, ilakip ang sertipikasyon/kautusan ng korte na ang nasabing ground ay wala na.

14. Application for Reactivation of Registration Record Reason for Deactivation 1. Sentenced by final judgment to suffer imprisonment for not less than one (1) year 2. Convicted by final judgment of a crime involving disloyalty to the duly constituted government, etc. 3. Declared by competent authority to be insane or incompetent 4. Failed to vote in two (2) successive preceding elections 5. Loss of Filipino citizenship 6. Exclusion by a court order or 7. Failure to validate That said ground no longer exists as evidenced by the attached certification/ order of the court (in cases of 1,2,3,5 & 6 ) REACTIVATION

15. CHANGE OF NAME Rehistradong botante na pinalitan ang pangalan dahil sa kasal o utos ng korte o sa utos ng Civil Registrar o Consul General PARA SA REQUIREMENTS Valid ID Accomplished CEF-1 Form Alinman sa original o certified true copy ng mga sumusunod : Certification mula sa solemnizing officer; o Marriage contract o court order with certificate of finality; or c. Order ng Civil Registrar or Consul General.

CHANGE OF NAME PARA SA REQUIREMENTS For #1: Certified true copy ng Final ORDER/DECISION na nagpapawalang-bisa sa kasal o nagdedeklara ng kasal na walang bisa     For #2: Original at photocopy ng Certificate of Live Birth Maaari ring ma-avail ng mga babaeng rehistradong botante na – 1. Ang kasal ay napawalang-bisa o idineklarang walang bisa ng hukuman . 2. Humihiling ng pagbabalik sa kanyang pangalan sa pagkadalaga bilang kapalit ng apelyido ng asawa nang hindi binabago ang civil status

CHANGE OF NAME Application for Change of Name due to marriage or court order/correction of entries in the voters’ registration record Attach required supporting documents such as - Certification by the solemnizing officer; or Marriage contract or court order with certificate of fina lity; Order of the Civil Registrar or Consul General, as the case may be; or Any other evidence warranted under the circumstances.
