HOUSE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS Clearing / Grubbing The building shall be levelled according to the plans and cleared of rubbish, roots another perishable and objectionable matter to a suitable subgrade. All such unsuitable materials shall be removed. Excavation/Backfilling All excavations shall be made as indicated in the drawings, the excavation for footings should be made deeper until the stratum for safe bearing capacity of the soil is reach. Backfill and fills shall be placed in layers not exceeding 300mm in thickness and each layer shall be thoroughly compacted by wetting, tamping or rolling. Concrete Works All concrete shall be mixed thoroughly, Cement to be used shall be Portland Cement or other equivalent brand more readily available in the locality approved by the engineer in charge of the construction. All reinforcement bars indicated for foundation plan and other concrete members shall all conform to the number of sizes and spacing as indicated in the drawings. COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION’S PROFILE CNA Attendance Rate 88.29% (181 MBs) 11.71% (24 MBs FOR CNA) Background/ History To begin with, on year 2011 and 2017, several floods in Davao City particularly in Tugbok District, where most of the victims suffered traumatic experienced, a great action plan by the Barangay Council to have housing project as an alternative solution to address the needs of the affected constituents. On last quarter of 2018, the barangay captain requested City Planning and Development Office provided information's about Community Mortgage Program of Social Housing Finance Corporation.
