Relationship Manager Roles and Responsibilities
We
are looking for dynamic, outcome-oriented

relationship managers
to
guide debt
collection
and recovery in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communication
skills in English and Arabic and the ability to manage high pressure situations
with
empathy and efficiency. You are responsible for managing your relationships with our
customers
and ensuring that effective practices are observed to recover your debts in
accordance
with regulations.
Eligibility:
Excellent
oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with specialized, sensitive situations.
 
Responsibilities:
Contact
with Debtor: Active Contact by telephone Debtor, e-mail or written
communication
of a late account, commence a repayment discussion.
Negotiation:
Use strong negotiation skills to set comfortable repayment plans on
both
sides and compensate for customer skills with organizational requirements.
Keep
records: Document all communications with the debtor, including payment
obligations,
follow-ups, contract renewal or change.

Compliance:
Make sure all collection activities meet legal standards and internal
guidelines
after ethical and fair debt collection practices.
Research
and research: To pursue attractive or difficult debtors, and to carry out
necessary
background research, along with the difficulties for a long time.
Communication:
Associated with legal, financial and other related departments in
complex
or escalated cases.
Reports:
Create regular reports on detection performance, progress highlighting,
issues,
and administrative statistics.
