RENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The House rental issue is one of the major problem in the current scenario. It is very difficult to find Houses/Rooms for the renters in a specific area. The Rental Management system is based on the Owners and Renters our own Requirements. This is the system that focuses on helping the Owners and Renters get to have a common platform to interact about the house, expected rent, no of Rooms, facilities. Rental Management System 3

Motivation Every year students comes from rural areas to the city for their higher education and they face difficulties in choosing the right place to live in their own budget . This is the actual problem which is faced by me and my friends in previous 2-3 years. F rom here we get motivation to develop a website so that students can get Rent Room easily, it will not only saves time but also human effort. Rental Management System 4

Admin Module: The Admin module contains the complete details about the Owner, Renter and System. The Admin can update, edit, delete the data in the database of the system according the requirement. Owner Module: The Owner will upload the Rooms/Houses according to the Renters requirements. The owner will upload ,edit and update the details of Rooms/Houses. The owner can also view the Responses/feedback by the Renters. Renter Module : Renters Modules contains the detail about the property and to view room details and availability of the R ooms. And all the necessary facility they want near by them like Hospitals, Police Station, School, Park, Market, etc. Rental Management System 7

PLAN OF WORK We follow Iterative Waterfall Model. First of all, we Analyse the requirements of our Project and check it. On the basis of Analysis, we design system of website. After Successful of system Design then we perform Implementation and test it. After Successfully Completing Every steps of our project, we will publish it. Rental Management System 10
