Conclusion and Discussion : The implementation of Salesforce CRM for enhancing academic advising represents a significant opportunity for higher education institutions to transform the advising experience for students and advisors alike. Throughout this paper, we have explored the existing challenges in academic advising and proposed a comprehensive solution leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce CRM. By centralizing advising resources, streamlining appointment scheduling, and providing personalized guidance, the proposed system aims to address the limitations of the existing advising process and improve student outcomes. The integration of communication tools, document management features, and analytics capabilities further enhances the effectiveness of advising services and promotes student success. Moreover, the proposed system facilitates seamless integration with existing student information systems, ensuring data consistency and enabling efficient administrative processes.
