Gap Analysis Fabric quality will be checked on available data (feedback from QA). Fabric will be issued as per consumption. Fabric swatch of non denim , mill dye, corduroy etc. will attach with SMD. 6 Fabric Sourcing Corrective Action Preventive measures will be taken according to fabric issues. Sewing operations will be according to the fabric nature. Will help in marker making according to fabric quality. Fabric wastage will be reduced. Will help to match the DTM Thread. Gap Analysis All comments will be verified by PD Specs & discuss with all concern departments. QA will properly analyze the sample before dispatch and communicate with the PM. Now will be attached from Fit to CA Sample. Thread quality. Thread source. 7 PD Specs / IE Corrective Action 100 % customer requirements will be followed. Customer services will improve. Sample will develop according to the standards to avoid the contradiction from Fit to CA sample stages and also in bulk. Thread quality according to the wash nature(Bleach/Laser washes). Same thread source will use at all stages of SMDs for a particular style. Previous Method Comments received from customer at different stages were followed by the PM to concern departments.
