Abstrak Makalah ini mengkaji tentang Agile Software Development (ASD) yang Dimana berfokus pada mengumpulkan dan mengatur temuan-temuan tentang berbagai masalah negatif yang terkait dengan Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Agile (ASD). Tujuannya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah spesifik yang dianggap sebagai “ sisi gelap ” dari ASD. Selain itu , makalah ini juga menganalisis bagaimana hubungan antara masalah-masalah tersebut yang menciptakan kompleksitas dalam memahami sisi negatif dari ASD.

Tujuan Peneliti membaca dan menganalisis 70 artikel ilmiah tentang Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Agile (ASD) dan mengikuti panduan dari Kitchenham & Charters (2007).

Temuan Masalah Meskipun penelitian ASD merupakan bidang yang sudah banyak digunakan dan telah menerima perhatian signifikan sejak diperkenalkannya metodologi ini lebih dari dua dekade lalu , namun belum ada literatur yang berupaya untuk mengorganisir dan menjelaskan secara menyeluruh mengapa aspek negatif tertentu terjadi . Peneliti menemukan empat kekurangan utama dengan menggunakan metode “neglect spotting” ( mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang diabaikan )

Mencoba mengumpulkan dan menyusun berbagai masalah yang mungkin terjadi dalam Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Agile (ASD). Namun , penelitian ini dianggap tidak mendalam dalam menyajikan hasilnya . Selain itu , penelitian ini juga mengabaikan beberapa masalah penting seperti kurangnya kolaborasi dengan pelanggan dan stres yang dialami oleh para pengembang . 1 Hanya beberapa area tertentu dalam Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Agile (ASD) yang telah diteliti secara mendalam , seperti tantangan dalam rekayasa persyaratan dan komunikasi dalam tim global. Namun , ASD juga dapat memiliki dampak negatif pada aspek lain yang belum diteliti secara menyeluruh , sehingga masih belum jelas . 2 Setelah tahun 2016 belum dimasukkan dalam tinjauan literatur yang ada . Penelitian baru ini mencakup topik seperti stres , penipisan sumber daya , kelelahan , dan dampak negatif pada inovasi . Oleh karena itu , diperlukan tinjauan literatur yang diperbarui untuk mencakup temuan-temuan ini . 3 Kekuarang Menggunakan Metode metode “neglect spotting” ( mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang diabaikan ) 4 Belum ada penelitian yang cukup mendalam untuk memahami bagaimana berbagai masalah dalam Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Agile (ASD) saling berhubungan . Penelitian semacam ini penting untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang sisi negatif yang kompleks dari ASD.

Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan 90 masalah yang terkait dengan Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Agile (ASD), yang dikelompokkan ke dalam 18 tema utama . Ada enam tingkat dampak yang menunjukkan siapa saja yang paling terpengaruh dalam proyek ASD. Selain itu , penelitian ini menemukan 65 hubungan antara masalah-masalah tersebut , yang membantu menjelaskan mengapa sisi gelap ASD begitu kompleks .

Kesimpulan Penelitian ini menunjukkan berbagai aspek yang membentuk sisi gelap ASD, menekankan bahwa masalah-masalah ini bersifat multidimensional. Beberapa masalah utama termasuk kesejahteraan pengembang yang menurun , kualitas produk yang buruk , dan produktivitas pengembangan yang rendah . Analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa perilaku buruk pelanggan dan tekanan untuk segera mengirimkan produk adalah penyebab utama dari banyak masalah lainnya
