2. Aetiology Slow deposition of calcium and magnesium salts around exogenous foreign body, blood clots or inspisated secretions

3. Clinical features Unilateral nasal obstruction Foul smelling discharge with blood stained Frank epistaxis Neuralgic pain

4. On examination Grey brown or greenish black mass with irregular surface and stony hard feel btw septum and turbinate

5. Treatment Removal under GA Lateral rhinotomy
