Company profile One of the top AMC: Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited The name of our company was changed from 'reliance Nippon life asset management limited' to ‘Nippon life I ndia asset management limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the registrar of companies, Mumbai on January 13, 2020. It is the fourth-largest AMC in India by aum, with Rs 3,52,860.50 crore in assets as of OCT 30, 2023 . It pro vide multiple scheme according to investor’s need.

Findings The study reveals that most respondents who participated in the study belong to the age in between 20 to 28 years The study reveals that most of respondents invests in mutual fund to grow their income over the period of time because it’s their primary investment goal. The study reveals that most of respondents are interested in investing mutual funds because of the high returns and safety that they offer. The study reveals that most of the respondents who participated in the survey, has purchased the mutual fund through a broker/ a third party and nippon india mutual fund is one among them all.

SUGGESTIONS Evaluate more than one or two variables when selecting mutual funds, Education is also critical when it comes to mutual fund investing. The company can organize various types of webinars in order to increase the awareness about mutual fund among the customers. Firstly determine the investment period before investing and manage the risk.

CONCLUSION Mutual funds receive a fair amount of interest from investors as an alternative to direct  stock  investing. This is primarily because they have the potential to generate market-linked returns while also offering the benefits of diversification (depending upon the mutual fund you invest in). They can also mitigate risks to some extent as they are managed by professional fund managers. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully
