1. Royal Enfield was the name under which Enfield Cycles Company made Motorcycles. In 1956 India started assembling BULLET motorcycles under license of UK components and by 1962 was manufacturing complete bikes. Enfield of INDIA bought the rights to use the ROYAL ENFIELD name by 1995. Royal Enfield brand is the oldest motorcycle brand in the world still in production with bullet model enjoying the longest motorcycle production of all time . Now it is a top trend in the market and it is attracted many youngsters.

2. High price of this Bike have been confined to a NICHE category. The main aim is “Offering better performance, efficiency, reliability and easier maintenance for customer is always the focus ”  In February 1990, Eicher Good earth bought 26% stake in Enfield India Ltd and by 1993 Eicher acquired a majority stake (60% equity shareholding) in Royal Enfield India.

SUGGESTIONS Reminded every employee not to arrange the parts in front of room . pasted the cautionary message in the a4 sheet Suggested them to use the software upload portal which is used in cts ( taleo ), accenture (abacus) for uploadation the neccesary documents which will save time, money and place.

9. LEARNT THE INDUSTRY EXPOSURE AND EXPERIENCE LEARNT THE METHODS OF SELECTION OF RE IDENTIFIED THE ASSSEMBLY PROCEDURE OF RE BIKES BENEFITS FROM THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

CURRENT AFFAIRS OF RE GST impact will have cut of price of royal Enfield bikes It is expected to reduce up to 3000/bike RE collaborated with designers to have a new custom designed of motorcycles RE collaborated with four custom builders namely, Inline three TNT motorcycles Bull city customs Bombay custom

RE records 25% increase in sales in month of May SIDDATHA LAL has been awarded in the National Leadership Awards 2016-17 by president for best leadership in business RE plans to expand its production by investing 800cr for the fiscal year 2017-18 It eyes on establishing two new technical centres in Leicestershire, UK and also at vallam in Chennai. Vallam plant plans to function in full swing from the late of 2018.
