e Must be conducted and approved by client prior to any
work commencing

e Risk Assessment must be discussed and signed-off by
all person involved with that particular job that they
understand the risks associated with the job.

e When a risk/s that is not on the Risk Assessment
document are identified during the “work in progress”
process the work must be stopped, the Risk
Assessment document updated accordingly and must
be re-discussed with all persons involved and signed
off accordingly.
