17. !!!!! 1. WHEN YOU START A CONVERSATION WITH THE STUDENT MAKE SURE TO CLOSE THE TOPIC PROPERLY. 2. Do not just give a project, “That’s the project” 3. Have the permission of the adviser before talking to a certain student privately. 4. Be mindful when you give your jokes. 5. Avoid or move back to toxicity as much as possible (entertaining toxicity)
