2) Any Tax Variation to the taxes as shown above will be to your account and will be payable by you
directly.
3) If the Contract of cancellation of confirm order 30% of Total value deduct from advance payment.

Schneider Elevator scope of work includes:

1) Supply, installation, testing of the elevators as per specification.
2) We offer you One Year COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY for the attached Specification from
the date of handing over.
3) We offer you 12 months FREE Maintenance as given in our offer from the date of handing over.

The Customer’s scope of work includes:

1) Civil work and minor builders work: Lockable store, Minor Builder Work like pocket cutting
for landing as well in the shaft, white wash in the shaft, wooden template and rafter, Architrave/
Head room slab construction work along with ventilation window shaft reducer /Separator
channels, if required.
2) Power Supply Up to Machine Room: Single Phase and Three Phase electrical Cabling / Earthing
along with required main switches and ELCB/MCB, Exhaust fan, Switch board in machine room
and in lift shaft.
3) Pit Ladder from Client side.
