SESSION OBJECTIVES re-visit the implementing guidelines for the ARAL Program for Key Stage 1-2 analyze beginning of the School Year CRLA and Phil- IRI Assessment Results show sample of Literacy Remediation Plan; share instructional strategies to remediate gaps; and craft action plan for monitoring. 4
IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES EXPLAINED NAVIGATING THE PROGRAM
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION Program will start in the 3rd quarter for Grade 1 , while for Grades 2-6, is 2 nd quarter or as soon as the school has met the readiness indicatorsfor the program, whichever is earlier. Prioritize Low and High Emerging Learners in key Stage 1 and Frustration level in Key Stage 2. Organize orientation sessions for the learners, parents/guardians as well as the learners themselves prior to the start of the program. Sessions shall not exceed one (1) hour during weekdays and preferably be conducted daily Monitoring and Evaluation System shall be established. 7
