Science E-Steam Project

We all know that fossil fuels are in danger of running out. How will the world function without fossil fuels? Will there be any electricity? Why is it important for us to conserve energy?

How can we conserve energy to prevent depleting fossil fuels from running out?

Project Automatic Street Light Controller

The objective of an "Automatic Street Light Controller" project is to design and implement system that can reduce energy consumption by ensuring that street lights are only illuminated when needed. This helps lower electricity costs and reduces the carbon footprint .

The following hardware is required for this project Arduino UNO laptop LEDs Jumper wires Bread board Digital Light Dependent Resistor 470 Ω Resistors

Arduino Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. Arduino boards are able to read inputs - light on a sensor, a finger on a button, or a Twitter message - and turn it into an output - activating a motor, turning on an LED, publishing something online .

Breadboard A breadboard is a board used to connect electronic components, such as wires, resistors, capacitors, and coils, to conduct various experiments and projects.

Jumper Wires Jumper wires are simply wires that have connector pins at each end, allowing them to be used to connect two points to each other without soldering

LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) as the name states is a special type of resistor that works on the photoconductivity principle means that resistance changes according to the intensity of light. Its resistance decreases with an increase in the intensity of light

Resistors A resistor is an electrical component that limits or regulates the flow of electrical current in an electronic circuit.

LED A light-emitting diode ( LED ) is a semiconductor device that emits light when current flows through it. .
