Scotts Run Fire Station

This project consists of a new 13,900 square feet, two-story, three-bay, free-standing fire station for the Fire and Rescue Department. The new station is provided as part of a development condition to meet the growing need for emergency services within the Tysons Area. Key elements of the overall project include:

Apparatus Bays, Control Room and Offices
Bunk Rooms for up to 12 members
Showers and Locker Rooms
Kitchen, Dayroom and Dining Room
Exercise Room
Ready Gear Room
Separate Restrooms for Park Authority to Support Future Athletic Field

Project Overall Cost: $9,947,000*
Project Completion Date: April 23, 2021
