Sealant XT100 is a premium modified polymer waterproofing sealant designed to deliver exceptional adhesion, elasticity, and long-lasting protection. It forms a flexible, water-tight membrane ideal for sealing cracks, joints, and leakage-prone areas on RCC roofs, terraces, parapets, bathrooms, and balconies.

Application Method:
1. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, and loose materials.
2. Apply Sealant XT100 with a brush or spatula on the affected area.
3. Allow sufficient curing before applying any coating.
4. Ensure a continuous film for best waterproofing performance.

Coverage:
1 kg covers approx. 20–25 sq.ft (depending on surface condition).

Packaging:
Available in 05 kg, 50 kg, and 110 kg packs.

Storage & Shelf Life:
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Shelf life: 24 months (unopened).
