Fee Notifications Fee Notifications under the Rajasthan State Highways Act 2014 ( 22 of 2015) read with Rule 3 of the Rajasthan State Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2015 were published in Official gazette vide SO 242 & 243 dated February 08,2019 for levy and collection of fee for aforesaid section of highways.

6. Calculation of Applicable Rate of FEE from April 01,2021( Fy 2021-22) The Annual Revision of Rate of Fee shall be required as per the Rule 5 of Fee Rule which says that: Base Rate shall be increased by 3 % every year without compounding to reflect the increase in wholesale price index as applicable for January 1, 2015 and for January 1 of the year, in which such revision is undertaken but such revision shall be restricted to forty per cent of the increase in wholesale price index. rounded off and levied in a multiple of the nearest rupees five (sub rule 5 of Rule 3) .

13. Traffic Survey For counting classified traffic through Video-based ATCC, videography has been carried out near the toll plaza location. Videograpy has been used to capture both directions traffic for seven continuous days with the high resolution infra red camera. The video captured has been processed at the laboratory for classifying the vehicles (through an image processing software) based on the categories in intervals of one hour. The traffic survey was conducted from 24.09.2020 to 01.10.2020 by M/s TTL Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Gurugram. The glimpse of image processing and capturing of data is shown in video
