THE EYES (Sense of Sight) We can see things around us because of our eyes. The eyes are our sense organ of sight . We can describe colors, sizes, shapes, location, movement and other characteristics because we can make observations by seeing.
THE NOSE (Sense of Smell) We can smell different odors around us because of our nose . The nose is our sense organ of smell. Aside from smelling, breathing is also done through the nose
THE EARS (Sense of Hearing) We can hear music, noise, voices and other sounds around us because of our ears . The ears are our sense organ of hearing . We can tell whether a sound is soft, loud, pleasant, or noisy because we can make observations by hearing.
THE TONGUE (Sense of Taste) We can taste because of the tongue . The tongue is our sense organ of taste. The tongue helps us taste if food is sweet, sour, bitter, salty , or umami .
THE SKIN (Sense of Touch ) When we touch , we are able to feel because of our skin . The skin is the sense organ of touch . The skin helps us determine whether things are hot or cold, rough or smooth, or hard or soft.
