long-standing partnership with our client servicing this prestigious event. Our dedication to
delivering an extraordinary experience begins well in advance of the first race, underscored by
comprehensive pre-event mobilization of Prep Teams.From prep cooks to porters and utility players,
our team embodies the spirit.
For the weekend, we deploy dedicated professionals who provide exceptional service, including elite
servers, barbacks, food runners, cooks, utility staff, and prep cooks. Our goal is to elevate the elite
dining venues and other prime locations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience
that reflects the greatness of our service
Having the Belmont Stakes in our own backyard for the past two years has filled us with a deep sense
of pride. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in 2025 and eagerly preparing for an even

Our expertise in horse racing and large event staffing is showcased at the iconic
Saratoga Race Track, where we provide exceptional staffing solutions that honor
the venue's rich traditions. From fine dining to corporate boxes, private parties,
and concession stands, our team strives for excellence to ensure every race day is

In the months leading up to the 40-day meet, we focus on assembling our "A"
teams through a strategic recruitment process that attracts top culinary
professionals, elite servers, bartenders, food runners, barbacks, dishwashers, and
custodial staff from a robust local talent pool. Many of our staff return year after
year and refer their friends and family, strengthening our team further.
During the 40 day event, we collaborate daily with our partners to tailor our
staffing to their specific needs, maintaining a roster of on-call staff ready to step
in for any call-outs or additional requirements throughout the track.

Preakness













The Pegasus World Cup at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale, Florida,
In collaboration with the internal team, we took on the responsibility of building a top-tier
staff of servers to assist their team with the fine dining area at the track. Tapping into our
extensive network of reliable and skilled professionals in Southern Florida, we effortlessly
assembled a team of experienced, passionate, and dependable staff, ensuring that every
aspect of service met our client’s expectations.
Preakness Stakes Second Leg of the Triple Crown
For the prestigious Preakness Stakes, we collaborated closely with an elite caterer to staff a
sprawling fan area that offered upscale dining experiences alongside a variety of diverse
concession options.
In the lead-up to this major event, our team focused on assembling a dedicated force of general
laborers and versatile utility players. For the event weekend, we expertly coordinated five
specialized teams, each comprised of elite servers, skilled bartenders, efficient porters, and
capable barbacks, ensuring every aspect of service was performed to perfection.

Participating in the NCAA Women’s and Men’s Basketball
Championships right in our own backyard was an exhilarating
