20. CONDITION OF FAILURES 1.TM pinion (TEETH BROKEN)SEIZURE Improper quality of oil. Inspect for crack. The spiral teeth of the pinion each have different spiral angles. Tm-4 pinion teeth broken as suspected collar matching.

25. 6.Bearing housing moving loose Size of MSU cup is increase on non gear side. Break the 8 bolts then bearing housing is loose. Racer loose. Bearing spotted .

26. 7.Racer loose seizure G ear or non gear side temperature is rising. Bolts loose. Abnormal sound in MSU. Housing loose.

27. 8.Recer spotted seizure S ound in axle bearing. The metal contact comes on mid of the roller then racer is damage. Abnormal sound in MSU. Improper lubrication.

28. 9.MSU RIB CRACK SEIZURE Motor jerk will be increase. Traction motor bolt is break.
