Implementation Plan: Conduct user workshops to gather specific customization needs. Develop and release feature updates based on user feedback. Optimize User Interface/Experience (UI/UX): Objective: Improve UI/UX for enhanced user engagement. Implementation Plan: Hire a UI/UX specialist to conduct an audit. Implement iterative improvements based on feedback and usability testing. Scale Social Media Advertising: Objective: Increase customer acquisition through social media channels.
