Subtalar dislocations are associated with subtalar arthritis Medial > Lateral Lateral more fractures associated with and open as well. Medial usually blocked by EDB Lateral usually blocked by PTT,FHL,FDL Tx is the same CR and immobilization followed by ROM exercises
