1. SIP Committee Briefing: Assessment & Next Steps PGDM 2024–26 (Second Year) batch 

2. SIP Evaluation Summer Internship Project (SIP) comprises of 200 marks that is equivalent to 6 Credits, which means it is compulsory to clear SIP for successful award of the degree. Pending Completed by Faculty and Industry Mentor

3. Methodology Used for Evaluation SIP Forms, SIP Questions, Mid Term Viva/presentation, Faculty visits to companies, Industry Guide Feedback 100 marks Please note that all SIP forms (IJR, Weekly and Fortnightly Report are to be enclosed as Annexure in your SIP Report)

4. SIP Report Submission and Final SIP Presentation 100 marks Pre-submission Evaluation  of the Summer Internship Project (SIP) Report by faculty mentors is scheduled from  08th August 2025 to 19th August 2025 . During this period, you are required to coordinate with your respective faculty guides and  finalize your SIP report . Special Sessions in Timetable would also be allocated in this duration The students should seek mandatory approval of Faculty Guide before getting the final printout of their SIP report. Students are required to submit a Plagiarism and AI Report (In consultation with Faculty Guide) in order to prove the authenticity of SIP report. Report plagiarism must be less than 20% and 0% AI content

5. SIP Report Submission Guidelines All the students are required to submit two hardbound copies of the report (along with a softcopy to the Faculty Guide). All the summer training project reports should be bound in maroon leather and inscribed with golden letters . The signature of the Faculty Guide should be sought before final binding of the report. Company Certificate has to be on the letter head and duly signed and stamped Please note that all SIP forms (IJR, Weekly and Fortnightly Report are to be enclosed as Annexure in your SIP Report ) Similarity Report generated by Copy leaks (Software ) must be enclosed as Annexure

6. How to write your Project Report- 40 Marks Content of Project Report Chapters Introduction of Topic Company Profile Objectives of Study Methodology Major Findings- Data Presentation/Data Analysis Recommendations Conclusions Reference List Same will be part of your SIP Presentation

8. Final Presentation of SIP- 60 Marks Presentation should be of 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of questions round. It should focus on: Introduction of Topic Company Profile Objectives of Study Methodology Major Findings- Data Presentation/Data Analysis Recommendations Conclusions Reference List

9. Next Steps There will be a panel of three expert members (Corporate Expert, Alumni and Internal Faculty) for the evaluation of Summer Internship Presentation Examination. Students are informed that SIP Presentation is compulsory to get promoted in Term IV . If you fail to appear, you will have to reappear with your junior batch in Academic Year 2025-27. “SIP Champ Awards ” to three best Summer Interns will be given during ‘Tazurba’2025. Inter Institute SIP Presentation Competition ‘ Tazurba 2025 ’ will be scheduled after Final SIP presentation and SIP champs have to participate in it mandatorily
