About This Presentation

1. DISHWASHING LIQUID
For 7 liters of Dishwashing Liquid:
7 Liter Distilled/deionized/purified water
1 kg Sodium Lauryl Ethyl Sulfate (SLES)
175 ml Cocodiethanolamide (CDEA)
a few drops Colorant --- Water based, FD & C
20 -35 ml Fragrance oil/scent

1. DISHWASHING LIQUID
For 7 liters of Dishwashing Liquid:
7 Liter Distilled/deionized/purified water
1 kg Sodium Lauryl Ethyl Sulfate (SLES)
175 ml Cocodiethanolamide (CDEA)
a few drops Colorant --- Water based, FD & C
20 -35 ml Fragrance oil/scent
150- 175 g Sodium Chloride, technical grade
7 ml Benzalkonium Chloride or Sodium benzoate
2 g Ascorbic acid

1. Put 1 kg of SLES in a clean pail or bucket.
2. Mix SLES with 100 g of salt and stir thoroughly until cloudy white.
3. Put 7 liters of water (3 warm & 4 cold water) in the pail and dissolved the mixture. Make sure
to stir it thoroughly but gently as to prevent excessive bubbles.
4. Put 175 ml of CDEA in the mixture and stir the solution.
5. Allow the solution to cool.
6. Dissolve 10 grams of water-based dye or coloring in a 200 ml of water. Put 10-40 ml of the
dissolved coloring in the pail. Adjust according to your preferred shade of color.
7. Put fragrance in the mixture according to your preferred scent. Recommended is 5 ml per
liter or 35 ml of fragrance per 2 gallons of water. (Optional)
8. In a separate container, dissolve 7-15 grams of sodium benzoate and put it to the mixture. If
you have benzalkonium chloride, put 7 ml in the mixture.
9. Add ascorbic acid or citric acid. Add 2 grams or 4 tablets in the mixture. (Optional)
10. Put 50-75 grams of salt depending on your preferred mixture viscosity.
11. Cure the 1-2 days before packing. Stir the mixture again before packing.

2. FABRIC CONDITIONER
For 10 liters of Fabric Conditioner:
10 Liter Distilled/deionized/purified water
1 kg Softener beads
50 ml Ethyl alcohol
20 grams Sodium Benzoate
a few drops Colorant --- Water based, FD & C
100 ml Fragrance oil/scent
50 ml Fixative
50 ml Defoamer

1. Put 1 kg of softener beads in a clean pail or bucket.
2. Put 20 grams of sodium benzoate in the pail.
3. Soak for 10 minutes using 4 liters of warm water and dissolve this mixture thoroughly while
adding another 6 liters of cold water gradually. Put 50 ml of ethyl alcohol.
4. Make sure to dissolve the softener beads and sodium benzoate thoroughly.
5. In a separate container, dissolve 10 grams of water-based dye or coloring in a 200 ml of water.
Put 5-10 ml of the dissolved coloring in the pail. Adjust according to your preferred shade of
color. (Optional)
6. Cool the mixture.
7. Add the preferred fragrance. Recommended minimum fragrance is 10 ml per liter or 100 ml
per 10 liters.
8. Add 50 ml of fixative.
9. Add 50 ml of defoamer (Optional).
10. Cure the mixture 1-2 days. Stir the mixture again before packing.

3. LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT
For 9 liters of Liquid Detergent:
9 Liter Distilled/deionized/purified water
1 kg Sodium Lauryl Ethyl Sulfate (SLES)
500 ml Cocodiethanolamide (CDEA)
225 grams STPP
25 grams Sodium Benzoate
1 gram EDTA
a few drops Colorant --- Water based, FD & C
10-20 ml Fragrance oil/scent

1. Put 1 kg of SLES in a clean pail or bucket.
2. Mix SLES with 500 ml of CDEA and stir thoroughly.
3. Dissolve the mixture using 9 liters of warm water.
4. In a separate container, dissolve 225 grams of STPP and 25 grams of Sodium Benzoate.
5. In a separate container, dissolve 1 gram of EDTA. (Optional)
6. Mix the all the dissolved mixture and stir thoroughly to avoid clumps.
7. In a separate container, dissolve 10 grams of water-based dye or coloring in a 200 ml of water.
Put 5-10 ml of the dissolved coloring in the pail. Adjust according to your preferred shade of
color. (Optional)
8. Put fragrance in the mixture according to your preferred scent. Recommended is 5 ml per
liter or 35 ml of fragrance per 9 liters of water. (Optional)
10. Cure the mixture 1-2 days before packing. Stir the mixture again before packing.
