1. What were your insights, feelings, and reflections from the activity? Aside from the monthly income, the Geographical location and family size also affects their living conditions. The aspirations and dreams of the families with lower income include the needs such as a nice house and rice. On the other hand, the families with higher income dreams of buying luxurious car which is not necessarily essential. Although it is saddening to see the living conditions of the families with lower income, you can still see the smiles on their faces which shows how resilient they are. Eye opener
2. What was good about the activity? We were able to appreciate the social determinants of health and how it really affects the community in general We were able to gain insights that we might apply in the near future. We were able to compare & see the differences of each family and how it affects them. Regardless of their living condition, they were still able to enjoy life and be happy inspite the simple life that they have.
3. What was difficult Our activity was challenging because there wasn't much information available about how far the residence was from stores and medical facilities. There weren't many images, and some of them had no captions/ descriptions.

2. What was good about the activity? We became aware of how our nation compared to other developed nations, namely in terms of life expectancy, tuberculosis incidence, and nutritional status.

3. What was difficult? Some information such as malnutrition , were not available in the UNDP human development. Data were outdated.
4. How can you apply this moving forward? T o get where they are, it is good to know and learn their strategies and plans that makes them a part of the 1st developing country. By knowing their strategies, as a health worker we can be able to develop programs that might address to our problems & coordinate with other agencies and also involved the people itself.
