Social issues

Social issue is a problem that influences many citizens within a society. It is a common problem in present-day society and one that many people strive to solve. It is often the consequence of factors extending beyond an individual's control. Social issues are the source of a conflicting opinion on the grounds of what is perceived as morally correct or incorrect personal life or interpersonal social life decisions. Social issues are distinguished from economic issues; however, some issues (such as immigration) have both social and economic aspects. There are also issues that do not fall into either category, such as warfare.

1. SOCIAL ISSUES • Sexual discrimination • Child abuse • Class • Racism • Bullying • Drug abuse • Gay and lesbian rights • Animal rights

2. SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION • A lot of people discriminate people of the opposite sex, because they think they are superior to them. • The solution is that people from young should start doing activities with the opposite sex.

3. CHILD ABUSE • The problem is that some immature parents abuse their children and their squealed for life. • The solution is to educate parents and teach them that children are not toys and responsibility so you have to look after them much.

4. CLASS • The problem is that there is too much difference between social classes, while some people have too much, others don’t have anything. • The solution would be that the rich people should assist the poor ones and then there would be a bit of equality.

5. RACISM • The color of a person has become a problem to some people who hate someone just because they are different from them. • The solution is to teach people that we are all equal and that no race is superior to the other.

6. BULLYING • Bullying is a problem that occurs often in schools among students. The consequences for the victim of bullying can be both physical and psychological. • The solution is that children should know that attitudes and behaviors do not have to allow their peers, create a pacifist and non violent culture and breaking the code of silence.

7. DRUG ABUSE  • Many people start testing the drugs and they becoming addicted. • The solution is to teach young people or teenagers about the drugs and tell them stories of people who have consumed.

8. GAY AND LESBIAN RIGHTS • The problem is that there are people who make fun of relationships between people of same sex. • The solution is is to respect the sexual orientation of the others.

9. ANIMAL RIGHTS • The problem is that the people mistreat animals and abuse them by the mere fact that they are animals. • The solution is to let people know that animals are living beings like people.

10. We can solve the social problems together, because we are all one !!!
