SOCIAL MEDIA USE IN THE UAE Saif Mayed Altamimi

PROBLEM The problem is the issue of social media users' lack of understanding of these legal and cultural frameworks, as well as the complicated interactions between socio-cultural values and legal requirements that shape social media interaction in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

SOLUTION 1 Solution 1: Increase education and awareness campaigns about the legal and cultural standards for social media use in the United Arab Emirates. The goal is to provide users the skills they need to use the internet safely and responsibly while sticking to the law and cultural standards.

SOLUTION 2 Solution 2: Develop comprehensive digital literacy programs that target UAE social media users, focusing ethical online behavior, online security precautions, and ability to think critically to enable people to make wise decisions and meaningfully participate in the online community.

CONCLUSION In conclusion, creating a respectful, accountable, and inclusive culture is essential to creating a cohesive, amiable, and social online community in the UAE. Users are able to use social media platforms on their own and responsibly by increasing awareness, developing digital literacy, and following by cultural and legal frameworks. This supports the development of a digital society that is marked by knowledge, accountability, and respect.
