3. This research explores the Votes Counting Management System of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) election results at Talabutab Norte National High (TNNHS). Through a comprehensive investigation, including analysis of the current system, interviews, and evaluation of potential development strategies, the study aims to identify opportunities for improvement. Findings reveal shortcomings in accountability, and technological integration within the current system, leading to concerns about fairness and accuracy. Proposed solutions include the implementation of electronic voting systems, integration of blockchain technology, and enhancement of transparency measures. Considerations for implementation, such as cost analysis, engagement, and training, are discussed to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
