Stages of Evolution
Really
interesting…..

Orrorin Tugenensis….
They came before 6 million
years on earth and they
are by far the most oldest
known member of the
human family.

Ardipithecus Ramidus….
They were discovered in
December 1992 and
probably walked upright.
They came before 4.4
million years ago.

Australopithcus Anamensis....
They came on Earth before
4.2 to 3.9 million years
ago. They possess a mix of
advanced and primitive
traits.

Australiopithecus Afarensis...
They came on Earth before
3.6 to 2.9 million years
ago and had a very low
forehead with prominent
brow ridge.

Australiopithecus Africanus...
They came on Earth before
3 to 2 million years ago
and showed marked
differences in size between
males and females.

Australiopithecus Aethiopicus
They came on Earth before
2.7 to 2.3 million years
ago and had a peculiar
mixture of primitive and
highly derived traits.

Australiopithecus Garhi…
They were here on Earth
before 2.5 million years
ago and were the earliest
known tool holders.

Australiopithecus Boisei…
They came 2.3 to 1.4
million years ago and
probably inhabited mixed
woodland and savanna
habitats.

Homo Habilis…
They came 2.3 to 1.6
million years ago and were
called handy man because
of the wealth of tools they
used.

Homo Erectus….
They came before 1.8 to 0.3
million years ago. They
had large molars, an
unpronounced chin and a
long skull.

Australiopithecus Robustus…
They had came 1.8 to 1.5
million years ago and had
flat and concave faces.

Homo Heidelbergensis…
They came here 6,00,000 to
1,00,000 years ago and
their skulls share features
with both Erectus and
modern Sapiens.

Homo Neanderthalensis…
They came 2,50,000 years
to 30,000 years ago on
earth and they had a brain
just slightly larger than
that of modern humans.

…and the final stage…
Homo Sapiens…
They came here 1,00,000 years ago to
present. They have a large brain
size, a forehead that rises sharply,
very small eyebrow ridges, a
prominent chin and lighter bone
structure. They also included for
making clothing, engravings a
sculptures and a fine artwork.
