Creative Brief:
This project is from a Bio Pharmaceutical Company and they develop a technology that
provide ADCs (Antibody-drug conjugate) with improved delivery of chemotherapy inside
targeted cells.
Now, the concept here is that the client wants to use a metaphor like a pack of wolves
running in a snowy ground and jumping themselves to convert into a cell or ADC which
attacks the cancer cells and destroy it. (The idea is to highlight that using (Antibody) the
ADCs only target on the cancer cells, unlike Chemotherapy that also kills healthy cells and
having toxic side effects.)

Item Beyond scope: Items beyond scope will be treated as a new scope and it will subject
to extra charge and time.


Timeline:
Anirban Sentantubay (referred to hereafter as the “company”) is hired as a contractor by
________________________ (referred to hereafter as the “client”) for the project period
of September 24 to December 24. This project period is considered to be contract dates
agreed upon by both the company and client, and therefore will require payment in full
according to the terms of this agreement. The client must notify the company immediately
in writing if the client requests any modification to this agreed upon project period. It is at
the sole discretion of the company to decide whether to accept any modifications to this
project period. Should the company agree to an extension of the project period mentioned
above, these additional dates will still be subject to the same rate and terms of this
agreement.

Cost:
Client agrees to pay company 50% of estimated cost upon project commencement,
remaining upon project completion. The final billing invoice will reflect all actual costs
incurred.


Reproduction of work:
Once a project has been delivered and is fully paid for by the client, the company will
assign the production rights of the design to the client. However, the company retains
rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for marketing and
promotional purposes, such as displaying samples of work in the design portfolio.






Rejection / Cancellation of Project:
The client shall not unreasonably withhold acceptance of, or payment for, the project. If,
prior to completion of the project, the client observes any nonconformance with the
project, the company must be promptly notified, allowing time for necessary corrections.
Rejection of the completed project will not negate the payment due for labor and expenses
incurred by the company to date. Should a project be terminated for any reason by the
client prior to the project’s contract dates, client agrees to pay the company a cancellation
charge of 50% of the contracted day rate, thus ₹ 590/day, for the remaining days of the
period of the project.


Payment terms:

We are sure you understand how important it is as a small business that you pay the
invoices that we send you promptly. As we're also sure you'll want to stay friends, you
agree to stick tight to the following payment schedule, which will be as follows, but may be
revised based on further conversations between us.
50% of total estimated fee upon agreement of initial design: ₹ 32,500
Remainder of fee payable not more than 15 days after receipt of finished product
Payment via cash or electronically wired funds within 15 days from receipt of the final
invoice.
Client is responsible for any wire transaction fees assessed by the client’s bank. A finance
charge of 5% per month (60% annually) will be assessed on any overdue balance remaining
after the 30 day deadline has passed.

Acceptance of Agreement:
The above prices, specifications and conditions are hereby accepted and effective as of
September 24, 2018. The client representative signing below affirms that they have the
authority to execute this agreement on behalf of the client and that the company is
authorized to execute projects as outlined in this agreement. Payment will be made as
instructed above.
