This does not only cause burn-out, but it becomes a barrier to the growth of others as well as creating a lack of diversity in the way programs are carried out in the church. It should be remembered not to be afraid to seek help from others.

PROGRAMS INTERESTING 6 INVOLVE PEOPLE IN YOUR PLANNING It is a known fact that finding willing and able persons to participate in church programs can be a challenge, especially for smaller churches. However, this issue can only be overcome by consistently engaging the same reluctant individuals until they become more confident in their abilities.

This way they can mentally prepare themselves to carry out the task at hand and practice for the role they are to perform.

Adding music to programs can significantly improve the quality of service and the response from the congregation.

Encourage the person chosen to present a special to select an item that is in alignment with the theme of the program. Theme should be communicated to the song leaders as well.

Preparation can create a significant difference in the quality of a program.
