4. INTRODUCTION The project “ Student Bio Data System ” is developed in JAVA language . W hich mainly focuses on basic operations of an institute’s student information system. L ike Inserting, Deleting, Editing students information and results. Using this application a user can get every information about student’s of an Institute.

Student Module: In the student module the students can log in themselves using their register No. along with their password After logging in they can view records about them like, Academic records Conduct records Achievement records The students can view their records ,they are not allowed to change the records

12. Faculty Module: In the Faculty module the faculties can log in themselves using their staff id along with their password. After logging in they can view all the records of any students they wish. The Faculties can view records and as well as can changes to the records.

13. OBJECTIVES It provides "better and efficient" service. Reduce the workload of an institute. Faster way to get information about the students. Provide facility for proper monitoring , reduce paper work and provide data security. All details will be available on a click for both user and admin.

14. SYSTEM OVERVIEW The Student data management will be automated the traditional system. There is no need to use Paper and pen . Checking a student details is very easy. Adding new student record is very easy. Deleting or Editing a record of a particular student is simple .

15. USER TYPES The users of the system are Teacher Students The users should have sufficient knowledge of C omputer & of English language , Because the user interface will be provided in English. The members should be part of the institute, where this software will be implemented . ASSUMPTIONS

40. Future Scope: In the future the students can also be able to upload or download notes. A few more minor tweaks here an there for making the application more visually appealing and will have Statistics, Tracking and Analytics. The whole project will be made available as an Android app for far more ease of use and mobility.

41. FUTURE PLANS Increasing facilities of this software. In future we add printing option . In future we develop graphics design. In future we connect with online system. In future we add credit and CGPA of student .

42. CONCLUSION It was a wonderful and learning experience for us while working on this project. This software is very easy to use so all educational institute can use this frequently So, we can hope that our software will be very popular and get sponsors to develop in future.
