2. Introduction Weaving is the process of interlacement between the weft and warp in fabric according to a design of fabric. This process is done by using weaving machine or loom machine.

Maintenance points of Weaving machine 1.     Gear & gear box. 2.     Motor & motor belt. 3.     Different sensor. 4.     Lubrication. 5.     Cleaning different parts which are covered by fibre and dust. 6.     Different nozzle. 7.     Air supply & air pressure control unit. 8.     Different optional mechanism such as leno device, tucked-in device etc.

5. Types of maintenance of Weaving machine 1.Cleaning: During weaving there gathered so many fly of fiber on the m/c. this fly will hampered the smooth running of the m/c .

6. Types of maintenance of Weaving machine 2 .Replacement: After smooth running there will be possibility of damage on broken of m/c parts. In air jet m/c the nozzles and some other parts may be damaged because of high speed rotation.

7. Types of maintenance of Weaving machine 3 . Overhauling: A fter several days of production the over hauling is performed. Over hauling is performed by a skilled maintenance personnel, maintenance is done in every frictional points, every damaged parts will replaced by a new parts.

8. Types of maintenance of Weaving machine 4 . Greasing: There are so many frictional point in the m/c. during high speed rotation there is decay of rotating parts and heat may produce.

9. Types of maintenance of Weaving machine 5 .Oiling : In air jet m/c there are so many gear boxes. Those gears are impregnated in the oil bath. During rotation there will be produce heat.

10. Conclusion After a certain cycle of production the maintenance of m/c is must. The maintenance is performed during downtime . So we must maintenance our machine for better production. By maintenance the machine after certain time the production will be increased.
