41. A  rongeur  is heavy-duty surgical instrument with a sharp-edged, scoop-shaped tip, used for gouging out bone. A  rongeur  is used in oral maxillofacial surgery to remove bony fragments or soft tissue.

73. Weitlaner Retractor is a self-retaining retractor commonly used in herniotomy , femoropopliteal bypass, plastic surgery, bone and joint procedures, and mastoid surgery.
