Purpose of the B aseline Survey The baseline survey is aimed to achieve: To asses / determine the level of satisfaction with the existing land management system/services in the province Punjab Set a benchmark to measure the progress against multiple indicators at the various stages of the project’s life cycle Assess/ measure the average time to register a property transaction (mutation).
