Purpose of the B aseline Survey The baseline survey is aimed to achieve: To asses / determine the level of satisfaction with the existing land management system/services in the province Punjab Set a benchmark to measure the progress against multiple indicators at the various stages of the project’s life cycle Assess/ measure the average time to register a property transaction (mutation). LRMIS user satisfaction with land administration services of which, female user satisfaction with land administration services

Data Collection Strategy
Selection of survey sites (Araazi Record Centers and Tehsildar Officers) would be based on random sampling technique Selection of DMMs and respondents must be based on convenience sampling Selection of Facility/Office For data collection/deploy survey
As this survey is meant to interview a selected/controlled group i.e. those who initiated to obtain a land record related service and have received the desired service. Willing for voluntary participation Selection of Respondents
