India'sdevelopmentconcernsandthechallengesthatclimatechangewould
present.
TheNationalActiononClimateChangecomprisingeightmissionswaspresented
asframeworktodealchallengesofmitigationorreducingemissionintensityof
theeconomyandadaptingtotheadverseconsequencesofclimatechange.
Theeightmissionscoveredissuessuchassolarenergyenergyefficiency,habitat,
agriculture,water,Himalayanecosystems,forestryandstrategicknowledge.
