CONTENT
The following criteria will be taken into account:
1)Activities, reports, and presentations (60%).
Individual assignments: 3 p.
-First assignment (Units 1 or 2)
-Second assignment (Unit 3, 4 of 5)
Group presentation and report (Unit 6): 3 p.
2)Final exam (40%).
Students need to pass both parts.
Retake: report instead of the exam. Maximum grade in the retake: 7.

Civic and professional Ethics.
1. Shareholders: they will be interested in their dividends and capital growth of
their shares.
2. Employees: they will be interested in their job security, prospects and pay.
3. Consumers: Fair price and safe product
4. Competitors and suppliers: The formers fair play , the latters regular
business and prompt payment.
5. Government (Public Administration): Employment for local community, and
taxes for public services.
6. Local communities: Jobs and minimum disruption.
